This photo contains three legendary GT40 Mk.II (Car numbers 1,2 and 3) which helped Ford to get its first Le Mans victory on the starting grid lined up before the race got underway. Car 2 won the race with Car 1 just behind it, and Car 3 retired 19 hours into the race.
