This is a scarce c1960s vintage unused BARC small silver&enamel Stick/tie pin in it’s original cardboard box and badge makers card.It is manufactured by T.A.Butler&Co (1927) Ltd, 48-52 Vittoria St Birmingham and It is in an excellent condition measuring 1.1cm long x 1cm wide and the pin measures 2.6cm long.
