Ok what we have here is a Lapel Pin from a 3M collection from the 1990`s. Can be used as a Lapel or Hat pin and is in near if not Mint Fabulous condition. Second Picture Showing Rear is an example of a Typical Butterfly Clasp fixing used on these pins.
